Not a Solid Edge handled thing exactly,......I would think your school would cater to this.
Else, you'd be looking for a 3D printing service, in which you'd be best Googling for it.

Can you tell me what you are specifically trying to find out? Do you need some help with using an existing 3D printer and Solid Edge or with connecting with a 3D printer to make the part? There are services you can locate online like Starasys but I will be happy to research vendors that may offer students services at discount. I also enourage trying to reach out to a university in the area. Some have student run maker spaces and they may quite easy flexible on sharing their lab space.
