That might indicate graphics card. The driver in your log file is listed as version 10.18.14.4062. The latest one on the Intel driver site for your listed GPU is 18.104.22.16800. I would upgrade to this driver and then try again.
I solved this problem yesterday because I have two graphics cards in my laptop so i just turn off the second graphics card and Solid Edge is working correctly now.
