Mario Click on a dimension You should see a task bar open up. Towards the top right is an X button. Click this and the drop-down shows dimension types. The usual is "Nominal" but the last option is "Blank". If this latter has been selected the dimension will be "blank". Select Nominal and the dimension should show up. This might be the problem . If so, this is the hint! Unfortunately this doesn't work. Quote is already set as nominal. My ST4 is a fresh installation. Also training files have unvisible dimensions, even if their previews in opening dialog box seem to show them. Mario
Mario, do you see any text on your drawings? Can you see the content of a text box or a note, a balloon, or anything like this? If not, then it might be a missing font issue and you should try to use a different font. Maybe something went wrong during installation of the Solid Edge fonts ?!
Martin, thank you for your help. Actually I couldn't see any text. I already checked Solid Edge fonts thinking they were missing, but they are there. Changing the fonts I can see the dimensions. You are right: something went wrong during installation because fonts are there but they are not displayed by Solid Edge. I don't know if ther is an installation log to pass to Solid Edge developers for debugging. I will look for it. Thank you again mario
