What version of Teamcenter, what version of JBoss, what version of Java?

You have a configuration issue or a version problem within JBoss. The TreeCache in JBoss needs to talk to the TreeCache in J2EE Server Manager so they can share the cache information.

TCRS 11.3

 JBoss 7.1.1

JAVA  1.7.0_45

How can we check that they are sharing cache information or not?

Did you use JBoss7_1_0_Installation_and_Tuning_Guide_v2.0.pdf (available from GTAC) to configure JBoss?

How to know ... The TreeCache info will be displayed in the jboss log when the first client connects.
