I am having an issue with logging into the Active Workspace web interface, as I am not able to move past the login page after providing the correct login credentials. I was able to verify that tcserver processes were up and that there was an assignment for AW to an idle process, but wasn't able to find any meaningful information regarding the login issue from log files. I know the username and password (infodba/infodba) I inputted was correct since when I attempted to use another username/password, I saw "an internal error" message. When the console window was brought up in Chrome, an error specifying that the "AWC_PostLoginStages" property was not able to be read. If anyone has experience with this or knows how to properly diagnose my issue, any input would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance!

@PLMGuy214 - you've probably tried this as well, but worth the mention. A "hard refresh" (Ctrl+F5) is sometimes needed with AWC because the browser will cache data as well.

Follow the steps
1. Transform Schema
C:\tc_root\solr-5.1.0> TcSchemaToSolrSchemaTransform %tc_data%\ftsi\solr_schema_files\
2. Stop Indexing Service
C:\> net stop "Active Workspace Indexing Service"
3. Start Indexing Service
C:\> net start "Active Workspace Indexing Service"
4. Stop Teamcenter Server Manager
C:\> net stop "Teamcenter Server Manager Tc11_PoolA"
5. Clear the Temp application cache
C:\temp> rmdir V11000.2.0.20_20160504.00 /s /q
C:\temp\2> rmdir V11000.2.0.20_20160504.00 /s /q
6. Start Teamcenter Server Manager
C:\> net start "Teamcenter Server Manager Tc11_PoolA"
7. Re-Index Objects (REINDEX)
C:\tc_root\TcFTSIndexer\bin> runTcFTSIndexer.bat -task=objdata:clear (clear solr cache and index cache)
C:\tc_root\TcFTSIndexer\bin> runTcFTSIndexer.bat -task=objdata:index
I ran into this problem because of browser caching...
After entering userid, password and clicking Sign in button, a spinning icon is shown.
In Chrome's Settings > Advanced > Clear browsing data, had to change Time range from Last hour to All time
After pressing Clear data button, user was able to login to AW client.
