Active workspace 2.4.2 instalation

I have started installing Active workspace client 2.4.2  in windows server 2012 R2 but during installation i am getting a error whihc i am not able to solve from past two days. the error is

Kindly can anyone tell me that wats the problem and what is the solution.

The log didn't get attached so I'll only comment on what you've shown us so far.

 

The key statement:

The disk is full or a file is in use and could not be replaced.  Check that all files are closed and retry.

 

Indicates that the aws2stage.zip is in use, possibly from a previous attempt. There are several ways to free up a locked file so I'll let you google it yourself however the easiest is to reboot the machine.
