does anyone know how to create a property renderer to define two icons for an item.
One icon is for the collapsed state in the RAC and one is for the expanded state. (Clicking plus and minus left to the item in the RAC)
With the file "customer.properties" file, I can do this, with the following two lines:
But, I wanna create a property renderer for the item to do some more icon overlays, depending on new properties.
Is there a runtime property to check or somethink link this?
Thanks in advance
Hello ewikon, maybe this help you:
if you have Teamcenter documentation then see here:
if not, here's the link to the Siemens website
Here is another link to a document from the community, in Exercise 2 an example with properties:
I dont know if this helps you or not, but I have an overlay when the status is Obsolete. But, I have compounded the status to the revision - so it is doing it based on the property - which is what I think you want?!
from my notes:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<item key="Obsolete" value="IE4_Obsolete_Overlay.png"/>
<overlayIcon source="ie4_Status" mapName="ObsStatusMap"/>
Attach renderer to object_string of IE4_ ItemRevision
does this help?
Thanks for the answers, but the basic mechanic of the rendering properties is not the problem.
I want to show another icon, when you click on the arrow left to the items icon.
Without a property renderer this is no problem via customer.properties file, but I wanna use the property renderer to add later some additional overlays.
