I tried to clear the cache. the problem still exist.
There is a Router window, say Routing to application...
no NX startup.
I do not how to check other errors message.
I tried to check the processes in Task Manager.
When start NX from teamcenter.
There is a NX process appear
after a few second. the NX process disappear.
only NX Component process in there
