Did you have installed earlier version of Teamcenter Extension for MS Office in the system? Or do you install on a "clean" system?

Hello Arthur3

Yes,I had installed office 2013 before and I uninstalled it.
Than, Installed office 2016.
It is not "clean" system. It is my work laptop.

Try uninstall Office 2013 or Office 2016 with the easy fix tool from Microsoft:

https://support.office.com/en-us/article/uninstall-office-from-a-pc-9dd49b83-264a-477a-8fcc-2fdf5dbf...

Check that in Control Panel -> Programs and Features there is no Teamcenter Extensions for Microsoft Office, if it is there delete it.

Hi

I had the same problem.

Deinstalled 'Teamcenter application for office' from Windows Programs and Features

Reinstalled Office Extensions via TEM.

After that it worked. (Didn't have to reinstall office).

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.
