Cannot open JT files from the Webclient


We have a issue on only one computer, where the user is unable to open the JT files from the Webclient.



Teamcenter Version : 10.1.3

Internet Explorer : 10


User get's the following pop-up, but nothing happens when you click on Open, Save or Cancel. The internet explorer becomes un responsive. Has somebody seen this issue ?? Any pointers will be highly appreciated.
