Cannot open NX from Teamcenter

Hi guys,


I can open managed NX from start_nx_manager.bat file, with my user credentials, no problem.

I can work with that.

But when I open Teamcenter and hit the NX button from Home, or any Item revision or a UGMASTER, The screen is stuck with this. Nothing happens.

Where should I check?


There are 3 clients on the network, 2 is in this situation but the last one can open NX from TEAMCENTER.

Is the Feature. NX Integration for Rich Client (or similar) installed?
Check using TEM.

Of course, maybe I put it wrong, It used to work before.
But then I went to admin pool from the Internet Explorer and restarted the user's servers. Then it started working again.
I couldn't relate the problem with that but it worked.

So you are using a 4-tier environment?


You can check the syslogs on the pool manager server!

I checked them and there were no errors.


As I said, restarting the warm servers did the trick.
