Check in data sets?

Tc 10.1.2

Is there a command the Tc admin can set to run at some interval, that will check in data sets that have been kept checked out for some unknown reason (NX crash, etc)?  Obviously we wouldn't want it checking stuff in that was still being worked on, but maybe things left checked out for more than X number of days or something?

Dave,

I am not aware of such a utility (but I may be wrong)

I set up a checked out objects search for all my users, and chase them up to make sure they run it at least once a week.

Thanks, that doesn't remove the human element, but is better than we have now!

Dave,
There is no OOTB utility for that purpose available.
We built an ITK Program for checking in checkedout Workspace Objects. This is run through a ScheduledTask daily at night.

Thanks.  I doubt custom code is an option, unless we outsource it.

This is not exactly what you're looking for but this helps us quite a bit in the above mentioned issues.

Set the TC Option TC_show_checkout_objects_on_exit this will give the user a list with all checked out objects when logging out of TC. And here the user can also check in the files.
