Checker Name and Checked Date Attributes to Drawing Template

Hi guys,

I wanted to add the Checker and Checked Date to my customers drawing template.

But after the release of the Item Revision, I couldn't get to change the drawing and can not get those values to be filled automatically.

What can be done?

Right now I get the blue ones to get filled automatically and want to add the red ones as well.

If the item is now release, I don't want anything in there, but if it is released, I want the check date, checker and status..

Have you mapped an attribute to that information through attribute mapping?

Is it even a NX part file?

I didn't map anything.

I just edited the Drawing-A4-Size-Template/A file in the NX Templates.

Then imported the following Attributes in that file.

2015-07-13_17-16-35.jpg

Created a Tabular Note like Title Block, and used them with <W@DB_PART_NAME> etc...

I saw CHECKER,CHECK_DATE,TcStatus also here and thought it should work like others.

Have you checked the attribute mapping, since these are usually not hard wired.

They may be available in the part file, but are surly not in sync with Tc if they are not managed in the attribute mapping.

I did change the attribute mapping, imported them via import_attr_mappings successfully.
I enter into NX, create an NX part but don't see these attributes.
Do I need to do anything else?

I see the attributes in the attribute mapping.

The reason I ask is, when I use the template first, there is no release status, checker etc.

They are empty. When I release the documents, no one will be able to save changes on them and how will these be put into the drawing?

Should we use the template as a master template then? Not a sheet inside the model itself?

The only thing I needed was to log out. İmportin attribute mapping dile does not work if you are loggednin as the importing user Smiley Happy

The sessions must be restarted to make the changes done through external utilities available, since these utilities don't trigger an update of existing sessions.
