Please set this variable and try - TC_SKIP_CLIENT_CACHE=1. This hopefully should resolve the issue i guess. Please try and let me know

This is something we used to face in our non-PROD environments when we dont have an exact clone of volumes . Teamcenter during login expects some system files. In case they don't find it gives this error. To overcome, we set this env variable to any non-zero value which prevents the download of these files locally.

Hey Randy,

There were other things that required to be set in order to run tc_profilevars.bat.

SRaj told me of environment variable to be set on the client machine that makes the login work.
It's TC_SKIP_CLIENT_CACHE=1.
