Closure rules for an NX Check-Mate agent

Hello,

I am setting up the 'Validation Manger' to be run on the client machine.

Validation will be performed on the OOTB item with UGMASTER dataset having working status.

In the 'Validation Manager Guide' following information is mentioned

To enable object validation functionality, you must first define the scope of the data to
be validated by creating closure rules to control the scope of the data to be translated.
The closure rule used by NX validation agents needs to find the NX part item
revision objects to undergo NX validation. The system performs the NX validation
when the user selects the item, item revision, folder, BOM line, reuse design element,
and/or shape design element objects that represent NX parts.

I do have access to the PLMXML application with infodba role. Never worked on PLMXML application.

Can somebody help with an example, how should I create the required closure rules.

Hello Ganesh,

'export_validation_result' OOTB closure rule  (ExportValidationResult TransferMode) seems to be a close match to what you've are looking for.

You can refer to Manoj Tiwari's blog on PLMXML as well:
