Dispatcher Client error: Access Denied

Solution Partner Legend Solution Partner Legend
Solution Partner Legend

I installed TC11.4 Dispatcher and the services started successfully.

But as soon as I start a translation request, disp client throws error:

java.lang.Exception: java.security.GeneralSecurityException: Access Denied - please check the Access Rules for correct configuration or contact your administrator.

Any idea where's the problem ?

Ensure that you have granted dcproxy (unless you used a different name) ACL privileges.

Yes I have done this. Translation request is created and it is stuck at INITIAL stage

You probably need ACL rules for the specific dataset type. Which translator are you calling? Does the zip translator work?

tozipfile is also not working. Scheduler and Module don't show any messages. DC gives following:

Are you using "dcproxy" or have you changed it to some other name? Where in the Org tree does user "dcproxy" currently reside (Group/Role)? You should get tozipfile working before attempting others.

Thanks you!! The tip to create ACL rules helped.

I actually created a single ACL with hasClass(Dataset), with which all translations are working.
