I have a successfully running dispatcher on TC9 and now I installed the same on TC11.2.1.
Scheduler, Module and DC are running successfully. DC and module are connected to Scheduler.
But I see following problems:
1. Though DC says it started successfully, there is no message about connecting to TcServer
2. All 3 components are running on CMD and show no response on creating a Translation request
3. AdminClient shows all Translation requests are stuck at INITIAL stage.
3. No task folders are created under StagingDirectory i.e. it's always empty.
4. 2099 port specified for DispClient is unused.
5. No error message is displayed
I compared and verified all settings with TC9 dispatcher and I don't see any difference.
Any idea what's wrong or how to troubleshoot this problem ?

If all requests remain at INITIAL then the Dispatcher Client is not working. Start there because the Scheduler and Modules are not getting the data they need from the Dispatcher Client.
After updating the DC libs, I have been struggling with following error at updateTranslationRequest. Any idea ?

It looks like "dcproxy" doesn't have access rights to the objects.
