You can look into hMailServer (open source) to send smtp for Teamcenter notifications that are not tied to your corporate mail system if that is your roadblock. Easy to configure and use.

Hi All

Thank you for the help.

Well! I resolved the issue.

The variable TC_TMP_DIR was not set for me. On setting it , it worked.

Cheers

@GurkanAlkan:

Let me know exactly what details are you looking for ?

The set up remains same as posted previously from your side. The same set up exist except the

server.

TC_TMP_DIR : It is the folder where the user must have the write access as all the content related to mail from the teamcenter comes at this folder.

For first, please make a folder on drive C (on Teamcenter server side) with name "Temp", if you will check TC parameter such as "Transient_Volume_RootDir" you will see that it has a value C:\Temp\blblblblblblblba (in most default cases)

The variable TC_TMP_DIR is initialized via tc_profilevars.bat and you don`t need to rewrite it

All the best, Alexey.

Hi

Yes, TC_TMP_DIR  is present in the tc_profilevars.bat

However, it was commented out, so I set it as environment variable
