Because of the FCC error, I accidentaly delete the "FCCCashe Folder" and "FSCCashe Folder"directly from local flder. The error saids "FCC is not enabled Please Contact system administrator ".
I am using TC 10.
To fix the error, I did use the command "Fccstat -clear" and "Fccstat -start" and "Fccstat -status" on cmd.
But this comand was not working to this error.
So I decided to delete the folder called "FCCCashe Folder" and "FSCCashe Folder"
And also log file I found was in User folder.
But when I login to TC, I continue to get the error saying
"FCC is not enable. Please contact system administrator. ClientRequestException: No_ROUTE_3.(No localization for this text file in package: com.teamcenter.fms.clientcache) "
How should I do to fix this error?

If you restart the FSC service the folders should be created automatically.
Reboot the system if that doesn't help.
