Error in TC Log - Unable to figure the solution

Dear Listers,


Last week we had a successful go live in our first wave of data migration. However, during my investigation of TC logs I found the following message in the TC syslogs


ERROR - 2018/8/02-15:14:13.222 UTC - NoId - -1 - Missing session key k_am_accessor_key_regular_project_member from am_text.xml or the textsrv shared cache is stale.


I checked the settings of QA and Prod along with preferences they are identical , checked on GTAC solutions center but could not understand what is causing this message.


I am posting this question to the forum to understand if anyone has seen this message and what they have done to prevent the same.

The textsrv shared cache is stored in Shared Memory. Updating text error messages without regenerating shared memory can cause this event. Shutdown Teamcenter (all services except for main FSC) then delete the Shared Memory folder. After run...
