Under File => Utilities => License Options, you can select a bundle as the error implies.

Is your native NX session opened through a custom script?

Is this script also included in the one that starts NX from Teamcenter?

Does the Teamcenter user have a O/S user specified?

Is the correct O/S user specified?

When you start NX without Teamcenter is this done through a custom batch script or similar?

Have you checked the NX log file for what the variable UGS_LICENSE_BUNDLE contains?

In Teamcenter in the organization perspective, check if the user has the correct value in the OS Name field.
