Hi Experts,

 

we face currently the problem with an upgrade process at the customer...

 

does anybody has an idea?

 

We think its something with the database (MS SQL Server 2012)

 

ODBC error. SQLSTATE: 42000 Native error: 9002
Message: [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]The transaction log for database 'PLM1' is full due to 'ACTIVE_TRANSACTION'.
Approx SQL was "UPDATE PWORKSPACEOBJECT SET pfnd0InProcess = CASE VLA_38_7 WHEN 0 THEN 0 ELSE 1 END"
NOTE - 2018/12/06-09:25:47.849 UTC - NoId - ===>Took 24.185 seconds to execute that SQL (returning 0 rows) - Teamcenter.POM at D:\workdir\tc10171w1128_win64\src\foundation\pom\eim\eim_enquire.cxx(5722)

Your SQL server is having problems with disk space.

 

Do you have an MS SQL Server DBA at hand? They should look at this and perhaps change the DB transaction log settings.

Thank you @TheGAP . We already changed this options after the first crash... still not working..

 

Could be there a problem with some "new" updates from the MS SQL Server? Maybe something important changed?

ok... after modifying it again and configured to "unlimited" it worked ! Thank you very much
