FSC Server failed to start

Hello all

 

I update TC 11.2.3 to 11.3

It shows me wrong message

My FSC service can't start

How can I solve this problem?

Where I need to change file?

Hi,

copied this from GTAC:

looks like the user is infodb and not infodba.

To correct the user, modify the configuration.xml file so that the correct 
user name is granted access to the FSC Service.  Make sure the installing user 
and the OS user.

EXAMPLE:
<installingUser value="user1" />

AND

<OSUser>
   <password value="PASSWORD" />
   <user value="infodb.srv" />
</OSUser>

Hello,

 

I found Configuration.xml and copy error line

I used infodba account to install TC

When this error show up FSC service will dispear

 

I upload tcf.zip file include

1.install_UPDATER.log

TEM is failing while trying to grant user TCT\infodba "Log on as a service" rights. It fails trying to find (lookup) the user TCT\infodba. Does the user "infodba" exist in domain "TCT"?

 

You might be able to find out why the lookup fails by doing it manually.
Computer Configuration\Windows Settings\Security Settings\Local Policies\User Rights Assignment

Double-click "Log on as a service"

 

See attached doc for screen shots. Once you're able to assign TCT\infodba the "Log on as a service" right then you can go back to TEM and try again.

Thank you for help.
I found the problem is!
I use active directory,so I need to change service account.
I change Configuration.xml file TCT\\infodba to CADEX\\infodba.
And change all TC service account from .infodba to CADEX\infodba retry again.
It Works!
