We've been bothered by this occasional quirk of Tc Vis for years. It'll eat up 100% of a CPU core even after the user exits the application and even after exiting the Teamcenter Rich Client session that launched it. It's not every time, but it does happened enough that whenever someone calls me to complain about their TC on their computer running slow, I just have them log off and back onto Windows to free it up.
