Hello

I'm trying to build a query that finds all Item Revision with release status = null

But I want to ignore the ones that already have a released revision, and a working one also

I'm not sure, but it looks like the object of the search is an Item, and  you'd have to change it to Item Revision or use Referenced By under the Item to drill down to the Item Revision to get to the release status.

Yeah, I did that.

Item > Referenced By: ItemRevision <- Items_tag > release_status_list IS NULL
but result is an Item with 2 revisions.
----
Item - XXX
XXX/A - released
XXX/B - status null
----
I want to ignore Items that have at least 1 revision released

Sorry, I misunderstood. I missed the part where you want a more complex result: find all items with only revisions that are not released, and ignore all items that have one or more revisions with a releaase status or are in a release process. I'm not sure you can do that with a Query Builder query.

The thought occurred to me that you might be able to accomplish this with the combination of a query and a revision rule. Here's a short video showing the use of revision rules with a query.

@GuilhermeC your search criteria (2nd picture) searches ITEMs with release_status IS_NULL, however the 1st picture shows the release status is on ITEM REVISION. I think you need to check release status on ItemRev, NOT on Item.

I did both, if u check picture, My Search Class is ITEM AGRALE

and i have 2 criterias,

ITEM AGRALE release status IS NULL
and
ITEM AGRALE REVISION release status is NULL

This work, but works only if theres only ONE revision.

If I have a ITEM with 2 revision, ONE RELEASED, and other NULL, it will appear in my query anyway.

I want only to have result Items that ALL REVISIONS HAVE RELEASE STATUS NULL

You should be able to do this in Active Workspace (AW) or in Tc Reporting and Analytics (TcRA) but you will not be able to do exclude results from the Tc Rich Application Client (TcRAC).
