ITEM REVISION NOT OWNED BY SOILDWORKS INTEGRATION

hi All, I'm new to Teamcenter, has anyone had the problem in the subject line...

That kicking my butt at the moment.. any help would be great...

This will happen if either the Item Revision doesn't contain any SW dataset OR when the SW dataset Named Reference doesn't contain a "Metadata" form in it like this:

You shouldn't have to worry about it at all if SWIM is installed and configured since it is SWIM that does this for you in the background when checking in SW data. The only way I know of that causes this is trying to use Solidworks with Teamcenter without going through SWIM such as directly importing SW data into Item Revisions via the Rich Client.
