We did a BMIDE deployment for a custom template. Since then on few user machines the Icons for a particular custom Item type are not seen. On the same machine if any other user connects with their OS login, and login to Teamcenter with the same user id, the icons are seen. Same way if the affected user logins using his OS credentials from another system and logins to Teamcenter he can see the icons. It looks to be some sort of cache issue but not sure what else to delete - I have deleted the Siemens, Teamcenter, FCCCache folders from user profile directory and the shared memory directory V11* from the %TEMP% location. Is there anything else to be done?
