Hello,

We would like to know if it is posible to identify a Workflow; every launched process must have a unique system number, but is it recoverable ?

Best regards,

I don't understand the question. Can you elaborate on the description of the problem? Maybe provide a screen shot?

Hello

I don't get your question about the wf. What want you to get and on which obejct do you want to get this Information. When you want to know which wf were running on an obejct use the impact analysis with reference option. If you want to know internal informations about the wf then you can use the properties of the wf called from the impact analysis.

Hello,

Thank you for your reply and sorry for my bad english.

I would like to know if it is possible to have maybe an ID to identify workflow.

Effectively in the impact analysis I can see Workflows but how can I make some diferencies beetween one and the other ?

Seems to me, the only difference between the two Workflows that i launched,  are the properties date and time.

Best regards,

Hello

I think there is no direct possibility to see this ID, but internal there is of course an ID. Maybe the processhistory help you to get more informations about your process.

Or you can use the WF Report  to get quicker informations about a wf.

Hello,

Thank you for your reply.

Before writing this post I tried with the process history and the report by I can't see nothing about uniqueness of the workflow.

Any other idea ?

Best regards.

I changed the display name of the workflow to add the date. This way I see the workflow plus date started in impact analysis. You could probably do something the same to add something else descriptive for your case to identify them. See screenshot attached.

In BMIDE, find EPMTask. Change the value for DisplayName to:

$object_name+" ("+$creation_date+")"
