You can try deleting their client cache first.
C:\Users\<username>\FCCCache\ folder

If that doesn't work then compare the fcc.xml in the tccs directory against someone that works. Specifically the parentfsc address value.

Hello,Randy Ellsworth:

I delete the  client cache, Those person still cannot sign in Teamcenter.

Then I compare the file fcc.xml in the tccs directory against someone that works, The content is exactly the same.

    It still not work .

We are cross-domain access, configured with apache proxy according to the installation_client_windows.pdf. can you help me to configure apache proxy? or tell me how to configure proxy for Teamcenter.

   Thank you.

The next thing to look at then is the clientmap settings and if the client IP is included in the FMS Master. From the client that is not working, try this in a browser:
http://<server>:4544/configAvailableFSCRequest
If you see "webpage cannot be found" then you know the client doesn't belong to the FSC group. You will need to validate your clientmap subnet and mask settings to validate the client IP belongs.
The expected result is an xml showing the availablefsc address.

It looks like the value should be "configAvailableFSCsRequest". You can read about it here:

You might be able to get a better message if you try a different browser. The browser you are using does not support frames and the xml is being displayed in a frame. The other issue I see is that the server IP versus the client IP are in different domains, as in 10.10.1.X vs 192.168.60.X. Crossing domains if the network doesn't support it can be causing an issue. Hopefully, you have the clientmap subnet 192.168.60.X and mask 255.255.0.0 specified in the FMS Master for the FSC you want to connect to.
