Re: Installing TeamCenter

I created SQL server database version 16 using the provided C:\Users\josire.admin\Desktop\Teamcenter\tc\db_scripts\mssql script ( made all the cahnges are advised), as required from the installation guide. The scripts excuted succesfully and the dabatse was created. I invoked tem.bat file to install Teamcenter. I have tried a number of login credentials without success. Is there anyone who may have done this installation succesfully? Could you please provide screen shots that I may be able to successfuly get this done. I am not getting beyond ths point and it is frustrating. Please see the aTryingTo_logIntoSQLserver.JPGSQLServer_DB.JPGttached.

If you used the default sql command then "infodba" is the user and "infodba" is the password...
create login @user_name@ with password = '@PASSWORD@', check_policy=off

If you changed the username then you also need to ensure that you change the role member name too by replacing the sp_addrolemember with:
ALTER ROLE N'db_accessadmin' ADD MEMBER N'yourusername'
GO
ALTER ROLE N'db_backupoperator' ADD MEMBER N'yourusername'
GO
ALTER ROLE N'db_datareader' ADD MEMBER N'yourusername'
GO
ALTER ROLE N'db_datawriter' ADD MEMBER N'yourusername'
GO
ALTER ROLE N'db_ddladmin' ADD MEMBER N'yourusername'
GO
ALTER ROLE N'db_denydatareader' ADD MEMBER N'yourusername'
GO
ALTER ROLE N'db_denydatawriter' ADD MEMBER N'yourusername'
GO
ALTER ROLE N'db_owner' ADD MEMBER N'yourusername'
GO
ALTER ROLE N'db_securityadmin' ADD MEMBER N'yourusername'
GO

You should be able to test the login to MSSMS using SQL Server Authentication infodba/infodba
