License error on dispatcher request for JT translation

Hi guys,

I've installed TC 11.2.3 Rapid Start on a customer. Also dispatcher server and client.

Installed 4 tier rich client on a client computer.

I tried to convert a ugmaster to jt with dispatcher client, it sends the request, I see the request on the server, when it tries to start conversion, I get an error in the log file.

+++ ERROR : License unavailable.

This is their license on the server

What can be the problem?

Re: License error on dispatcher request for JT translation

There are 2 TCADMIN licenses. One is for "infodba" and the other is for "dcproxy". If you use a different name than "dcproxy" then it will require its own TC10101 license. If you stick with "dcproxy" then it will use the TCADMIN license and not require a TC10101.
Note: In order to run the converter, Dispatcher needs to start NX and will pull an NX license. Beyond the TCADMIN license for Teamcenter, you need an NX license that can run/author the translator.

Re: License error on dispatcher request for JT translation

What is the minimum requirement for an NX license for this translation??
