Yesterday I performed a live update to our environment.
I noticed that all our Rich Client users running 4 tier clients got disconnected with an HTTP 500 ERROR.
We run Teamcenter 10.1.6 with IIS as our webserver.
I do think this is caused by the 'Generate Server cache' selection in the Live update dialog.
I thought updates should occur without affection users so therefore I wonder.
Have you also seen this when you do live updates from BMIDE?
Have you the 'Generate Server Cache' un-ticket when making live updates?
