We are getting below error while Teamcenter 11.3 login. thought we set Enviroment Variable FMS_WINDOWS_MULTIUSER=True
Login was unsucceddfull: The proxy could not locate or start an FMS Client Cache. check if you have enabled FMS_WINDOWS_MULTIUSER
We had a similar issue with TC11.5.
Expicitly setting the TCCS_JAVA environment variable in %FMS_HOME%\set_tccs_java.cmd solved the issue for us.
Good afternoon, do you run one Teamcenter client on a computer or several?
1) Check that the FSC service on the server is running and working correctly
2) Check that the environment variable FMS_HOME is set correctly
3) Try running FCC from CMD and posting the result of the command
We had the same issue today. Problem occured with one user only.
Deleting the FCC cache under "C:\plmcache\FCCCache.... " helpt solving it.
This was on a TC11.4 environment.
