Need a query to find all "children" from a part

Creator
Creator

Hello @All,

I search for a Teamcenter query to find all Items (children) from a source Item (mother).

Example:

I have a part named part100, Users made parts from part100 with clone or save as (part101, part102...) in NX. Now I need to know, which parts are made from part 100.

In search-field i give part100, in result i take part101, part102.... this is what i need Smiley Happy

How can i make this?

Thank You Smiley Happy

The property IMAN_based_on should be your key to success.

Have you any example? With the standard query "Based on Element..." I found part99 but I need part101...

@Stefan_Pendl   here the requirement is to get Children. I think your solution gives a parent.

I don't have any example, I don't even have that query, it must be part of RapidStart only.

Since you have a query, it should be possible for you to create a copy of it, that searches for all items that have IMAN_based_on set to the one you entered.

It has been a while (~10 years) since I had to create a query, so I am a bit rusty.
