I unable to start ORACLEDBCosole[INSTANCE_NAME] service. Getting below error.

Hello, for more detailed information on the error of Oracle Enterprise Manager Console, try running from the command line:

1) set ORACLE_SID=<your_database_sid>

2) emctl start dbconsole

3) emctl status dbconsole

Hello, try to reconfigure db console:

1) set environment variables, (ORACLE_HOME; ORACLE SID)
set ORACLE_HOME=your_oracle_home_dir
set ORACLE_SID=your_oracle_sid
2) start the listener, (lsnrctl status to see state and lsnrctl start)
3) for reconfigure db console you need password for users: SYS, DBSNMP, SYSMAN

in command line:

emca -config dbcontrol db

Enter the following information:
Database SID: mydb    <– input your oracle SID here
Database Control is already configured for the database mydb
You have chosen to configure Database Control for managing the database mydb
This will remove the existing configuration and the default settings and perform a fresh configuration
Do you wish to continue? [yes(Y)/no(N)]: y    <– input y to continue
Listener ORACLE_HOME [ your_listener_home_dir ]:
Password for SYS user:       <– input your sys password
Password for DBSNMP user:     <– input your dbsnmp password
Password for SYSMAN user:      <– input your sysman password
Email address for notifications (optional):
Outgoing Mail (SMTP) server for notifications (optional):

You have specified the following settings

Database ORACLE_HOME ……………. your_home_dir

Local hostname ……………. your_host_name
Listener ORACLE_HOME ……………. your_listener_home_dir
