While installing the OTW client.. im facing the blow issues..
Unable to launch Over-the-Web Installer due to one or more of the following reasons...
The required Java Plug-in (Version 1.7 or higher) is missing, check here to get the Java Plug-in.
The browser and Java Plug-in mismatch. 32-bit browser requires 32-bit Java Plug-in, 64-bit browser requires 64-bit Java Plug-in.
The browser has Java disabled.
Assuming you are installing on a 64-bit machine, your browser and java bit versions need to match.
Can you give us some more details on your Teamcenter, java, machine, browser to understand your problem better?
Please check and see if java 64-bit (you referred below) is the first entry in the PATH environment variable.
If not, open a command shell on the machine, include 64-bit java in the path variable (first entry) and then relaunch the OTW through the shell.

I got solutions for the OTW issues,
Problem: Dont know which bit IE is run in the installing time .
Solution: Run IE enable.exe or manuly edit in regedit
New--> DWORD(32 BIT)-->NAME IS -->TabProGrowth
