PLMXML, XSL & IPS

Legend

I have just done a piece of work that uses a plmxml export with an xsl to transform the file into a load file for IPS to perform a change to the creation date and copy the item to a folder.

As it involves varied processes and a workflow I thought it would be good idea to document as the principles used can be tweaked for a variety of solutions.

I have attached the document for everyone's benefit. I don't pretend to be an expert in any of these areas, and no doubt there is room for improvement, but it should help people getting started.

Good afternoon, Richard. Thank you for your work and that you share this to the community. But I'm afraid that the use will be limited, because the IPS utility is not from the OOTB. But in any case, thanks! Smiley Happy

You are very welcome :-)

Yes, the IPS utility section will appeal to a limited audience, but the PLM and XSL section will help anyone who wants to export data from TC or even to create text Reports.
