Today when I try to login in to TC, there is not portal.bat.
I don't know what happend.
When I try to use TEN to install TC, I got one error.
The error is "".
Someone please could you tell me how to fix the error.
I check FMS_HOME variable and I reboot the PC.
But it is not working.

Can you copy portal.bat from another installation? However, TEM not launching is not a good sign. Sounds like a virus scanner did a real number on your installation. It may be faster to trash the whole directory and reinstall it.
UNLESS, this is your server! You weren't too clear about where this portal.bat is/was exactly.
I've also seen this behavior with Windows security patches. If they have been done then roll them back.

I had to re-install the TC as any necessary file was deleted automatically.
When I login to Client PC, Windows Recovery System was started. But After few minitues, the erros message showed up and it said "The failure of Windows Recovery System ".
Also I needed to deleted all the file from registry editor on Windows to fix this error.
This is what I did.
"Windows System Recovery" is the worst thing available, never use it or let it run automatically.
I have never had any benefit from using it, it was always worse after using it.
