Hello,

I'm trying to use dynamic participant in a Do task on a Workflow.

I use the ProposedReviewer in a EPM-fill-in-reviewers --> $PROPOSED_REVIEWERS

Now, to try my Workflow I need to fill a property to add the dynamic participant, but but which one ?

I find in the BMIDE emp_proposed_reviewers, I add it on my stylesheet but when I want edit it I do not have the desired behavior, I would like to have access to my organization to choose a user.

This is what I have :

Can you tell me if I am not using the right property or how to obtain the desired behavior?

Thank you in advance.

Regards.

Hi @benjamin1

why don't you create a custom property in BMIDE and attach a LOV "user id's" like below

You can add that custom property on the stylesheet and it displays soemthing like this

Is that what you need?

Hello,

Thank you for your answer.

What I want to do is call the propertie in the workflow :

EPM-fill-in-reviewers --> $PROPOSED_REVIEWERS

And I think that is the behavior of dynamic participant.

Any idea ?

Regards.

@benjamin1

Sorry,I am not sure about epm_proposed reviewers will show you user ids

We have used a different approach to select users for reviewers by this custom property method.

I see you can also call the properties from the workflow by below method

EPM-fill-in-reviewers --> $PROPOSED_REVIEWERS

-assignee

user:PROP:: Property_name

@Rafa2

Thank tou for your answer :)

I'm not sure to anderstand, if my property = toh8_reviewers

In my Workflow i use the EPM-fill-in-reviewers with - assignee  USER:PROP::toh8_reviewers

I am right ?

In that case i don't use $PROPOSED_REVIEWERS

@benjamin1

Yes, you can also use EPM-adhoc-signoffs to assign a user

Hello @Rafa2,

Thank you so much for your answer.

I forgot to precise you I need a LOV which show us users of a groups or roles (like a review task). the person who complete the property should not choose user in an other group that the one we want.

Do you know if it is posible ?

Best regards.

Hi @benjamin1

You can check on Dynamic lov's

https://docs.plm.automation.siemens.com/tdoc/tc/11.4/help#uid:xid1256815:index_plm00071:id166856:xid...

I doubt whether it can be done through LOV's, lets wait and see if some experts have solution to it

Rafa

Hello everybody,

I find where I need to assign the dynamic participant:

Now, what I would like is to put that property in my Stylesheet to assign the Dynamic Participant (Proposal_Reviewer) directly from it.

Someone know which property I need to put in my Stylesheet ?

Best regards,
