Hello,

 

I'm trying to use dynamic participant in a Do task on a Workflow.

I use the ProposedReviewer in a EPM-fill-in-reviewers --> $PROPOSED_REVIEWERS

 

Now, to try my Workflow I need to fill a property to add the dynamic participant, but but which one ?

I find in the BMIDE emp_proposed_reviewers, I add it on my stylesheet but when I want edit it I do not have the desired behavior, I would like to have access to my organization to choose a user.

 

This is what I have :

Can you tell me if I am not using the right property or how to obtain the desired behavior?

why don't you create a custom property in BMIDE and attach a LOV "user id's" like below

You can add that custom property on the stylesheet and it displays soemthing like this

Is that what you need?

What I want to do is call the propertie in the workflow :

EPM-fill-in-reviewers --> $PROPOSED_REVIEWERS

 

And I think that is the behavior of dynamic participant.

 

Any idea ?

Sorry,I am not sure about epm_proposed reviewers will show you user ids

 

We have used a different approach to select users for reviewers by this custom property method.

 

I see you can also call the properties from the workflow by below method

 

EPM-fill-in-reviewers --> $PROPOSED_REVIEWERS

 

-assignee

 

user:PROP:: Property_name

I'm not sure to anderstand, if my property = toh8_reviewers

 

In my Workflow i use the EPM-fill-in-reviewers with - assignee  USER:PROP::toh8_reviewers

 

I am right ?

 

In that case i don't use $PROPOSED_REVIEWERS

Yes, you can also use EPM-adhoc-signoffs to assign a user

I forgot to precise you I need a LOV which show us users of a groups or roles (like a review task). the person who complete the property should not choose user in an other group that the one we want.

 

Do you know if it is posible ?

I doubt whether it can be done through LOV's, lets wait and see if some experts have solution to it

Hello everybody,

 

I find where I need to assign the dynamic participant:

Now, what I would like is to put that property in my Stylesheet to assign the Dynamic Participant (Proposal_Reviewer) directly from it.

Someone know which property I need to put in my Stylesheet ?
