Query builder: Find datasets where release status differs from ItemRevision

Valued Contributor

Hello,

experiencing a bug that some datasets are not revised correctly regarding their status I would like to find all datasets where release status (status: 62) is not equal to the release status of the ItemRevision (status: 90).

Has anyone an idea what attribute has to be used?

I tried to use the revisionAnchor and rev_chain_anchor as well as the itemtag but it did not deliver the desired result.

Any help is highly appreciated.

Best regards

Julian

alright, I have found a solution. Maybe it will come in handy for someone else:

In the Query builder select base class: Item Revision

To look for item revisions with a specific release status:

  • release_status_list.name

To look for datasets with a specific release status simply add:

  • dataset.IMAN_manifestation.release_status_list.name

> the IMAN_manifestation was in my case the relation how item revisions and datasets are linked.

> Make sure "all attributes" and "real names" are selected in "preferences".

I know this is years later, but I desperately need to get this to work. Can anyone clearify this query, maybe a screen shot of TC Query Builder search criteria pane. I need to search on Released Item Revisions that contain un-released PDF's

Hello,

the screenshot below shows the selected "Search Class" = Item Revision

In the "Search Criteria" look for IMAN_manifestation. Double Click and select "dataset".

after that look for "release_status_list" and select below the "name".

Hope that helps.
