Remove from targets of process ItemRevisions without the UGMASTER datasets

Gears Phenom Gears Phenom

Good afternoon, I have ItemRevisions in the targets of process with different datasets. All datasets are related to the ItemRevisions with IMAN_specification relation.

I need to leave in the targets of process only ItemRevisions that have a dataset of type UGMASTER and delete all other ItemRevisions.

Is there a way to do this?

Do the EPM-check-related-objects workflow or EPM-check-target-attachments handlers not suffice for this?

Good afternoon @TheGAP, thanks for your answer. Unfortunately I don’t know how these handlers can help me. I need to somehow separate the ItemRevisions that have the UGMASTER from all the other ItemRevisions. It suits me to do this even in a subprocess, but I have not yet found a way to do this using OOTB handlers.

Hi @ArthurRM, Did you tried this Handler?

EPM-remove-objects
-keep_targets                (ItemRevision).IMAN_specification.UGMASTER

Good afternoon, @Michael_Ruhnke  thank you for your reply, I will try it. Now I am a little busy, so I can check it later, I will write about the results.
Also, thank you for the information about PLMEasy due to lack of time, I have not answered in that thread yet.

Good afternoon @Michael_Ruhnke , I tried the handler

EPM-remove-objects
-keep_targets=(ItemRevision).IMAN_specification.UGMASTER

but it deletes all revisions and leaves only the UGMASTER dataset. This is not exactly what I need, I need that in the targets of the process to remain revisions that have a UGMASTER dataset.
