SOARuntimeException - No response received

Hi there

I have got this error on thinclient and 4-tier richclient. "...SOARuntimeException - No response received!"

Server is on .Net webtier and 4-tier. Server manager is working properly (Admin url works with pools in running state).

Actually I'm sure that the problem is not related to firewall or port conflict (Checked). Also there was not any change in IIS application pools.

So I got confused about the problem after reading log files.

 

Webtier nnnnn.log:

Teamcenter.Presentation.Framework.Authentication.CommonLoginManager [(null)] - 81149.Anonymous.00001 - Login failed for user: infodba; Message is: tcserver2@8085@TCSERVER@4756: No response received.

Could anyone help me please. Is there any other log file that should be read.

Check the RAC log: C:\Users\<username>\Teamcenter\RAC\<datetime>\<username>_TcRac_<instancedatetime>.log
The RAC log captures communication between the rich application client (RAC) and the server (tcserver).

The second log is the RAC log file.
