Specific view error with a profil

Hi everybody,


I have a special issue with one user and I think, one of you can help me.


One will explain the case into one item:


One user see not correctly the item. Specially he don't see the last open revision. For all others users into my environment, this is ok.


I think, the user have a special parameter on preferences but I don't found which! Can you help me? Or perhaps with the command line preferences_manager, I can clean him profil. I test with the

preferences_manager -mode=clear

but no effect.

looks more like an access issue. Please check in the ACL control list if the user has read access on the working revision.

I also believe this is an ACL but if you want to pursue the preferences route then export and clear the users preferences using:

preferences_manager -u=infodba -p=infodba -g=dba -mode=export -scope=USER -target=username -out_file=C:\Temp\username.xml

Then delete them using:


preferences_manager -u=infodba -p=infodba -g=dba -mode=remove -scope=USER -target=username

You can control which preferences are deleted by supplying a file listing each pref on a separate line using "-file=deletetheseprefs.txt".
