I wrote a custom ITK client that changed an Item->Note owner, but failed(access) on changing the group.
My client login is 'hutchens'(group = 'Engineering') and the Note owner was successfully changed to 'infodba'(group = 'dba'). Now, the Note owner is 'infodba' and group is 'Engineering'.
The Note records continue to show up in the 'hutchens' TC-11 browser, but they don't show up in the 'infodba' browser. 'hutchens' no longer has access to the Note records, eventhough 'hutchens' can see them, but 'infodba' cannot see them. See attached.
Appreciate any information about how to further manage(Delete, Update, grant access, etc...) these Note records.
