We have one user, on a dell laptop, that was recently updated to Windows 10, and had Teamcenter freshly installed. When they select an item revision, the JT data does not display in the Viewer or JT Preview tab. If you right click in either, you don't get any options either. It's as if the program never fully loads the viewer(s).
Java has been changed, reinstalled, etc. Video card graphics drivers have been updated.
Any thoughts, before I send IT off to call GTAC?

Hello, which version of Teamcenter Visualization do you use? By double-clicking, the JT dataset is opened in Teamcenter Visualization?
If the double-click does not open and an error occurs or Teamcenter Visualization crashes, it's a similar problem to the one I encountered:
