TC Viewer not displaying anything

We have one user, on a dell laptop, that was recently updated to Windows 10, and had Teamcenter freshly installed.  When they select an item revision, the JT data does not display in the Viewer or JT Preview tab.  If you right click in either, you don't get any options either.  It's as if the program never fully loads the viewer(s).


Java has been changed, reinstalled, etc.  Video card graphics drivers have been updated.


Any thoughts, before I send IT off to call GTAC?

Windows 10 theme or screen resolution … it can be so many things. A tcserver.syslog and TcRAC.log might be helpful?

 Hello, which version of Teamcenter Visualization do you use? By double-clicking, the JT dataset is opened in Teamcenter Visualization?

If the double-click does not open and an error occurs or Teamcenter Visualization crashes, it's a similar problem to the one I encountered:

I had a similar problem on the version of Teamcenter Visualization 1123 and I fixed it by installing patches TcVis_11231_win64.exe and
TcVis_11231_a01_patch_7_win64.exe (it's better to use now
