TC crashing after checking out

Hi all, I am new to TC. Everytime after I checked out an item, it will hang and crash with this error.

Could anyone help me with this?

TC version is 112, Java version is version 7 update 64 (build 1.7.0_67-bo1)

Have you created "GodMode" folder on your Desktop?

If yes, delete it permenently and try again. Also try after cleaning cache and deleteing FCC files/folders etc.

Dear @SamadhanGaikwad , I do not have GODMODE activated on my pc. Also, I have already tried to clear cache and deleting the FCC files but to no avail.

@JTZY , OK. Then I would suggest to open an IR with GTAC or contact to your local GTAC team.

We have started seeing similar errors w/JRE7 at other sites. Reducing Xmx to 512 (was 1024) fixed their issue. Yours is set to 8192 which is very large. Also your Xms value matches your Xmx value so make sure to reduce it to match.

We had same issue on

  • TCRS10.1.2.2 / jre7u55
  • TC11.6 / jre8u162

Is fixed by installing latest windows version. There is a windows bug in 

c:\windows\system32\msctf.dll
