we use TeamCenter 10.1.5 in our company. As a PDF-Reader we use Foxit, for it is low on resources and it doesn't phone home like AR.
When opening a PDf in TeamCenter, Foxit is started but only displays an empty page. I already did some changes in BMIDE and the registry and voila: Foxot opens the PDF file out of Teamcenter right away. BUT now it is not possible to open a PDF that comes as an attachment in an email...
I hope you guys have some good ideas what to do...

Does your email program spit out an error when you attempt to open a PDF? can you include those details here?
My guess is: email program's PDF preview handler is out of touch.
You may want to review the PDF preview handler / viewer / provider registry settings
we found another solution: Editing the Registry to start a Batchfile which than opens FoxIt-Reader.
It now works with TC and Outlook.
