If you install Teamcenter under the infodba user of the operating system, then I think these rights are enough.
I checked your license file, teamcenter licenses have version ugslmd 12.0, so you have Teamcenter 12.x support.
But I think you have a problem with the license server. Verify that it is up and running. In LMTOOLS, open the Server Status tab and click the Perform Status Inquiry button to check the status. Verify that the firewall is not blocking connections to the license server.

You have a license file with new licenses, they are permanent, use it.
If you use it for the Teamcenter test and production environment, then installing the test environment, your licenses will not be occupied and you can install the production environment.

I don't know how to get a license on the main server to install Teamcenter on the demo server. So I decided to install it on the official server and suddenly I didn't see any errors.
I want to ask if I can update directly from TC 12.0 to 12.2, or need to update in order 12.0 -> 12.1 -> 12.2
