Has anyone experice having your inbox not updated?
User's worklist shows there are X number of unread tasks but user has done all the pending tasks.
I have checked the solution center but I can't seem to find any solution for this.
Anyone with the same problem?
Any suggestion for a solution/workaround?

I have done your suggestion, it's also the same solution provided by GTAC when I sent them them a PR.

For other users who may experience this:
1. Delete Teamcenter cache and log in then delete My Worklist.
2. Log out and try to login again.
